Group Training Sessions

Group training is a great way of complementing either a one to one session or your existing exercise patterns. Always looking to exercise the whole body I use a variety of training styles and may target specific areas during a session. Generally I use varied circuits both indoors and outside, sessions might also include a short jog/walk, balance games and boxing all dependent on the group dynamics, requests and how I’m feeling.

This session is now running regularly, could do with a few more bodies as people tend to have weeks on and off due to other commitments

This is an open group session everyone welcome, all abilities, please get in touch with me for more details.

Again this session is being used by various clients all levels welcome
